New Wave has extended its range to include a wide selection of top-quality fresh and seasonal produce, including Cotswold game, speciality meats and cheeses, wild and cultivated mushrooms, local asparagus and dairy. We buy only the finest products – many of them are locally produced but we also have twice-weekly deliveries from Rungis Market in Paris. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we’ll try and source the goods for you.
