At first, I really thought I was going to struggle to find good suppliers in the area – but I was quite wrong! To my amazement I found an outlet where I could get pretty much anything I wanted under one roof, from the freshest, best seafood to wild game, speciality meats from France, foie gras, wild mushrooms and all my dry stores – it was a dream come true!
